The advice provided also extends to the creation of joint ventures in various economic sectors, as well as obtaining structural and investment funds, exemptions, and tax benefits. In the area of corporate law, we ensure representation at general meetings, including the preparation of proposals, minutes, and other documentation related to general meeting sessions, as well as the coordination of all subsequent legal obligations and the monitoring, preparation, and drafting of documentation for meetings of other corporate bodies and internal committees, acting as Secretary in various companies. Regular assistance also includes restructuring operations, capital increases and reductions, as well as assistance with account approval processes and distribution of dividends and reserves, share repurchase programs, processes for selecting and appointing corporate bodies, and the definition and approval of remuneration policies.
