We have experience in structuring real estate operations and advise our national and international clients on drafting and negotiating purchase options, exchanges, surface rights, among others—also handling the legal audit (due diligence) of properties subject to purchase and sale. Our team has advised various clients on the establishment of real estate investment vehicles, ensuring an integrated approach that includes the tax perspective, a risk analysis, the necessary regulatory framework, and continuous monitoring of their relationships with their respective management companies. We advise on the drafting and negotiation of property use contracts, including leases, contracts for the use of spaces in shopping centers and others, also accompanying property management, namely the drafting of condominium regulations, the management of real estate and tourism developments, and the management of hotels and student accommodation. We also provide a specialized service in the tourism sector, which has proven particularly dynamic in the Portuguese market and has undergone significant legislative changes, particularly regarding the installation, operation, and functioning of tourism developments.
